Who we are and what this covers

Operator: Nova Machinery Supply (“we,” “us”)

Websites: Our public sites, including novamachinerysupply.com (the “Website”)

Manufacturing base: Weiyi Road, Wenxian Development Zone, Jiaozuo, Henan, China

These Terms apply when you:

• Browse mill, finishing-cell, or process-equipment information
• Send a B2B inquiry
• Request OEM resource downloads or certificate copies

If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Who may use the site

The Website is for business users aged 18+.

By using it, you confirm that:

• You are old enough to agree
• You may bind your company (if you act for one)
• Your use follows the law where you are

3. Allowed and banned use

You may

• Use the Website for lawful B2B research and machinery sourcing

You must not

• Copy, scrape, or harvest Content without our written OK
• Pretend you work with Nova Machinery Supply or that we endorse you
• Upload malware or attack the site
• Use Content to make false capacity, certificate, or regulatory claims
• Resell or give away download assets unless your OEM deal allows it
• Send fake inquiries or impersonate someone else

We may monitor use for security and IP protection.
We may block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are broken.

4. Inquiries and quotes are not orders

Sending a form, email, WhatsApp message, or download request does not mean:

Quotes, layouts, FAT, packing, commissioning, and production need separate written confirmation (for example a proforma invoice, PO, or technical agreement).

Website specs are general guides.
Final layout, voltage, take-up, finishing cells, packing, and documents are set in approved drawings and PO files.

MOQ is quoted by line or by machine. Lead time is quoted after layout freeze. Offers go out on working days. Website copy is not a same-day quote SLA.

5. Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, Website Content is owned by or licensed to Nova Machinery Supply.

You may

• View and print a reasonable amount for internal B2B review
• Share public page links with colleagues (with clear attribution)

You may not (without written permission)

• Publish our catalogs, photos, or diagrams for commercial use
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use the “Nova Machinery Supply” name to claim a partnership you do not have

OEM partners may use brand assets only as their written deal allows.

Patent ZL 2012 2 0055389.6 (high-ductility two-roll mill) is identified on the site. It does not grant you rights in the patent.

6. Downloads and resources

Files offered through contact (and similar downloads) may need ID checks or an NDA.

You agree to:

• Use files only for real sourcing or vendor checks
• Not edit certificates, test reports, or packing lists to fake compliance
• Delete or return confidential files if a deal stops and the NDA requires it

Public samples may be shortened or for illustration only.
Full controlled files come with OEM onboarding. Certificate copies are on request.

7. Product and plant notes

Nova Machinery Supply supplies industrial machinery for B2B customers: CRB600H cold rolling mill lines, rebar finishing cells, biomass burners, and screw grinders. Customers handle installation, local permits, and market rules at the plant.

This Website

• Does not give engineering sign-off for your civil works or electrics
• Does not by itself equal a layout freeze, FAT protocol, or certificate pack for your project
• Describes factory ability and typical support — your import, safety, and installation rules still apply

Published bar range (φ6–φ12, CRB600H class) and burner range (0.3–9.0 million kcal) are catalog envelopes. Confirm inlet rod, heat load, voltage, and footprint on the RFQ.

8. Third-party links

We may link to other sites, such as:

• Certification bodies
• Logistics providers
• Maps, video, or analytics tools

We do not control their content or uptime.
Use them at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Privacy

We handle personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the Website means you acknowledge that policy.

10. Site availability and updates

We aim for accurate, available pages.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Website at any time without liability.

Images, SKU lists, certificates, and specs may change as lines change.
Always confirm the current revision before you order.

• Indirect, special, or consequential losses
• Lost profits, lost business, or lost data
  (even if we were told they might happen)

Cap for Website-only claims

For claims that relate only to Website use (not a separate manufacturing contract), our total liability is limited to the greater of:

• USD 100, or
• What you paid us for Website-related paid services in the 12 months before the claim

Some places ban certain limits.
There, we limit liability as far as the law allows.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud or willful misconduct).

13. Indemnity

You agree to protect Nova Machinery Supply from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

• Misuse of the Website
• Breach of these Terms
• Content you submit that harms third-party rights
• Unauthorized claims about Nova Machinery Supply products or certificates in materials you publish

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without conflict-of-law rules.

Mandatory rules in your country (for example data protection) may still apply where they cannot be waived.

Step 1 — Talk first

Contact contact form or jindiyj@163.com and try to solve the issue in good faith.

Step 2 — Courts

If a Website-only dispute remains, courts in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, China may hear it, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

Manufacturing disputes follow the dispute clause in your PO or technical agreement.

15. Export and sanctions

You confirm that:

• You are not on applicable restricted or embargo lists
• You will not use Website information in breach of export or sanctions laws

16. Severability and waiver

If one part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still apply.

If we do not enforce a rule once, we can still enforce it later.

17. Language

These Terms are in English.

Translations are for convenience only.
If they conflict, the English version controls.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes means acceptance, where the law allows.
