A practical pack includes: ISO 9001 certificate with scope, third-party inspection arrangement if required, CCC or mining-product safety copies where the model is in scope, and packing-list samples. Certificates expire and scopes change — verify dates and product coverage before PO.

ISO 9001 is the backbone plant buyers check first: process control, supplier management, inspection records, and CAPA. Nova Machinery Supply maintains quality-system discipline for mill lines and process equipment. Request current scope lines and surveillance status during due diligence. SGS & BV inspection

Independent inspection (SGS or Bureau Veritas) can be coordinated when the buyer’s pack requires it — pre-shipment checks against the frozen layout or catalog model. Report copies are supplied under the PO when inspection is scoped. Re-inspection follows major layout or model changes.

CCC & mining-product safety

Where a catalog machine or mill cell carries a China Compulsory Certificate or mining-product safety mark, copies are available on request for the models in scope. Brand owners remain responsible for destination-market electrical and machinery rules. Pair with packing notes on the OEM hub.
