Quoting, MOQ & payment

Line vs machine scope, offer composition, and payment.

What is the minimum order quantity for mill lines and catalog machines?

MOQ is quoted by line or machine. A Type 300 mill line, a straightener cell, a biomass burner, and a spare-parts package are scoped separately. Share channel and model mix; we return an offer, not a single published MOQ. Catalog machines: bulk supply. Custom lines: mill layouts.

How is a mill or burner quote built?

A mill-line quote includes layout, mill stand, take-up, finishing cells, voltage, PLC language, packing, and commissioning support — not a unit price from a photo. Burner quotes start from heat load and fuel type. Confirm models against the specs page before comparing suppliers.

What payment terms do you accept?

Payment is quoted with the commercial offer. Currency and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) are fixed on the proforma. We do not publish a single deposit split for every project.

Can I get a layout drawing or sample plan before a mass PO?

Yes. Layout drawings and sample/video plans are quoted by machine. A drawing is not a substitute for layout freeze on a full mill line. Plant photos and inlet-rod data speed the first reply.

Custom mill layouts vs catalog machines

What is the difference between custom mill layouts and catalog machines?

Custom mill layouts cover mill composition, voltage, take-up, PLC language, and commissioning for a frozen plant footprint. Catalog machines are straighteners, take-ups, burners, and grinders quoted by model with spare-parts packages. Paths: custom and catalog machines.

What does a typical mill onboarding sequence look like?

Brief → layout drawing → layout freeze → PO → fabrication → packing → dispatch → commissioning support. Build time is quoted after layout freeze. Catalog machines follow a shorter calendar than a full mill line.

What can be customized on a mill line?

Footprint, pass sequence, voltage and frequency, take-up (horizontal or vertical, 300/600 m class), finishing-cell mix, HMI/PLC language, and commissioning mode (remote or on-site). Each item must map to the layout drawing — not adjectives alone.

Can you sign NDAs for plant layouts?

Mutual NDAs precede sharing existing-plant drawings on custom programs. Geographic exclusivity is not offered on catalog mill models already sold to other plants.

Which certifications can plant buyers request?

ISO 9001, environmental, occupational health, intellectual-property, after-sales, energy, BV, SGS, CCC, and mining-product safety documents — copies on request. We do not invent certificate numbers on this site. Request copies via the certifications hub.

Do you claim FDA registration or medical CE marking?

No. Nova Machinery Supply is a mill and process-equipment OEM. Vendor packs are industrial (ISO 9001, SGS, BV, CCC, and related system copies) — not medical-device registrations.

Can you supply inspection reports for import or plant audits?

Yes — SGS or BV inspection can be coordinated when the buyer’s pack requires it. Brand owners remain responsible for destination-market compliance. Start at certifications.

How should buyers verify factory documents?

Match the Jiaozuo plant address to business license and certificate scope, check expiry dates, and request current copies rather than screenshots. On-site or remote walkthroughs are available after inquiry.

Shipping, lead time & export

Build time after layout freeze, freight modes, and packing lists.

What is production lead time after PO confirmation?

Build time is quoted after layout freeze. Mill lines and catalog machines follow different calendars. Chinese New Year and peak fabrication slots should be named on the RFQ.

Which shipping methods do you support?

Sea freight for mill lines and burners, air for urgent spare parts, and express courier for drawings or small wear items. Incoterms commonly quoted: EXW Jiaozuo, FOB China port, CIF destination port. Final mile is usually buyer-arranged unless DAP/DDP is negotiated.

What export documents ship with each lot?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and certificate of origin where applicable. System copies (ISO 9001, SGS, BV) are supplied on request. Specify HS and packing notes at PO.

How is equipment identified from workshop to crate?

Layout ID, machine serial, packing list, and crate marks are aligned so customs and the receiving plant can match cargo to the frozen drawing — not a generic “made in China” line.

Packing & spare kits

Export crates, packing lists, and importer spare packages.

How are mill lines and catalog machines packed for export?

Export crates with marks and packing lists aligned to machine serials. Neutral packing is standard for importers. Destination marks and inspection windows are named on the proforma.

Can spare-parts packages ship with the machine?

Yes. Wear items, screens, and common mill parts can ride with the first machine or follow as a separate lot for regional stock. Scope them on the catalog-machine RFQ.

Do you support third-party inspection before crate close?

SGS or BV inspection can be coordinated when the buyer’s pack requires it. See certifications.

Technical & commissioning

Bar range, burner sizing, PLC language, and start-up support.

What bar range does the mill program cover?

Published range is φ6–φ12 high-ductility two-ribbed bar, CRB600H class. Confirm inlet rod and target grade on the RFQ. Patent ZL 2012 2 0055389.6. Tables: machine specs.

How do I size a biomass burner or screw grinder?

Burners: share boiler or dryer heat load, fuel, and chimney path. Catalog range is 0.3–9.0 million kcal. Grinders: share feedstock photos for Type 400/600/800. See process equipment.

What commissioning support is available?

Remote or on-site start-up support and operator training are scoped on the mill or burner offer. PLC/HMI language is set at layout freeze. After-sales handles spare-parts follow-up.

Where can I see mill and finishing SKUs?

Type 300/285 mills, CRB600H straightener, straighten-and-bend, hot take-up, and collector on the rolling mill catalog. Burners and grinders on process equipment.
